Resources

We participate in developing tools aimed at different purposes.

The R-package RPANDA (Phylogenetic ANalyses of DiversificAtion) that implements macroevolutionary analyses (mostly birth-death models) that can be applied on phylogenetic trees.

The SUPERSMART (Self-Updating Platform for Estimating Rates of Speciation and Migration, Ages and Relationships of Taxa) is an environment for large-scale phylogenetic data mining, taxonomic name resolution, tree inference and fossil-based tree calibration.

SUPERSMART

The DECX (Dispersal-Extinction-Cladogenesis eXtended) model that estimates ancestral areas with dated phylogenies, current species distribution, and time-stratified paleogeographic matrices.
